Every service. One scoreboard.
This is the full catalog — strategy through build through governance. Every engagement on this page runs the same way: a KPI agreed before work starts, fixed scope and price, weekly demos, and a number at the end that either cleared the bar or didn't. Start wherever your problem lives; the services connect.
Questions, answered.
What does an AI consultant actually do?
The honest version: prevent expensive mistakes and ship measurable systems. In practice that means assessing what AI is worth in your operation, choosing the right architecture and models, building production systems — agents, RAG, document processing, workflows — and wrapping them in the security, evaluation, and governance that keeps them defensible. Every service on this page is one of those jobs.
How much does AI consulting cost?
Assessments and audits are fixed-price and run weeks, not quarters. Builds are quoted fixed-scope after an assessment, typically six to twelve weeks. Advisory retainers scale to cadence. The constant: every quote comes with the KPI the work must move and what moving it is worth — so the cost always has a denominator.
Where should we start if we are new to AI?
With the strategy and readiness assessment — two to four weeks that produce a ranked roadmap with business cases, and kill the initiatives that would have failed. If you already have a stalled pilot, start with the pilot-to-production audit instead. Both prevent far more cost than they incur.
Do you work with our existing vendors and stack?
Yes — model-agnostic (Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source), cloud-agnostic (Azure, AWS, Google, on-prem), and comfortable auditing or extending vendor-built systems. I have no reseller relationships, which keeps the advice clean.
Not sure which service fits? That's the first call.
Describe the problem in plain language. I'll tell you which of these it actually is, what it costs, and what number it should move.
